Gintama

01: I started to watch it because I found an hilarious vid on youtube about on of Gintama's parodies of another anime. I love parodies! Then I fell in love with the characters and the comicity.

02: I know that I'll watch this anime till the end <3

03: My favourite episode is the last one of the Itou arc (the ep 105) . It made me cry (a lot and twice).

04: Yes : D I created the first Italian site about Gintama, I still have it but the updates now are rare (because of the lack of time). I wrote some fanfictions and created also some amv. And I'm the admin in an active forum.

05: Yes, definitely yes! The Italian version had a bad dub so many Italian otaku don't like Gintama because of it but... there is still the jap and subbed version!

Gundam Wing

02: I often abandon it but I always return to Gundam Wing, it was my first fandom

03: My favourite episodes are the Endless Waltz's ones <3 and I loved Episode Zero

01: Some friend of mine talked about it in a forum and a friend of mine joined a community lj about it. But I decided to watch it only after seeing the avatar of one of my dearest friend.

02: I don't know, I'm in the fandom but I think I'll move on very soon also if I'll continue reading the fanfictions and watching the anime

03: I don't really have one

04: I don't partecipate very much : ( I only partecipate with discussions in a forum.

Still studying. Still confused. Still worried. Still writing about Mordred. Still waiting for a manga bout him.
The 27th is my sister's birthday. I think I never talked about her in this Lj so it's time to do it.
My sister is 14 (she'll turn 15 this month) and I ADORE her. She' a little cinical genius, she studies a lot, she is intelligent, she also managed to read 'The winter prince' all on English. As I said... she is a genius.
She is a huge shoujo ai fan, she loves musical and she is obsessed with Katy Perry, tv shows, Torchwood, Wicked and Notre dame de Paris. And for her birthday I bought 'Fingersmith' a lesbian novel.
I can't wain to see her face when she'll open the gift <3 I know she'll love it.

Me: Oh my, the lack of vitami PP is the cause to pellagra and madness.
My sister: Where can you find vitamine PP?
Me: .. ehm... in the meat
My sister: MADNESS! You mad vegetarian, it is totally your case.

As I wrote some days ago, we have some noisy neighbours who listen at the music at a very high volume. They also talk at a very high volume (... maybe the walls are inusually thin). And yesterday the wife was crying "I Hate you! I HATE YOU! You're a bastard, I hate you!'
My sister came to me triumphant and cried: "She hates him! It was time!"
I think... I think they heard her (and she couldn't care less).

And I found a new fandom! I'm watching the anime of Axis Power Hetalia and I'm reading the various comics here.
It is slash. Pure slash and shounen ai. My favourite characters are Prussia (Gilbert), Germany (Ludwig), England (Arthur) and Japana (can't remember the name). But Hungary is cute <3 (and Austria, too). And I'm in love with the LovinoxAntonio, FelicianoxLudwig, IvanxGilbert and FrancisxArthur (or I-don't-remember-USA-'s-namexArthur).
I'm not offended by the way Italy is portrayed. It's a parody and it is based by the exasperation of the prejudices about the population.
The thing that disturbs me a little bit is the plot. The anime/manga is about the World Wars. I think it's too early to talk about them in those comical terms.So I'm only reading the extras (generical stories) and avoiding the main chapters.

I really need to rewatch Horatio Hornblower. The first, the third, the fourth and the fifth episode. 'Retribution' is not canon. Archie isn't dead. *in denial*
